Craig Cleveland
PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS
Craig has been working in the construction industry for the past 12 years and is well experienced in all phases of residential construction. He has extensive knowledge and expertise from site survey to complete renovations. Craig is responsible for total project management including site prep, estimating residential construction, overseeing subcontractors over all phases of construction, and providing day to day communication with his project team to ensure jobs remain on schedule and within budget. Craig holds an excellent track record of strong working relationships with city planners, owners, and architects resulting in successful job experiences. Outside of work, Craig enjoys camping with his family and being outdoors.
JASON CLARK
PRESIDENT OF PROCUREMENT
Jason has worked in the construction industry since 2006, with a focus in the field of demolition. Jason is a co-owner Alpha Omega Demolition. His company has worked on renovation Projects at Emory Hospital, the Ritz Carlton and Ted Turner Stadium. In addition to his civilian career he has served in the US Army since 2002; starting out as a Private and currently holds the rank of Major, serving in the Georgia National Guard. He served in Iraq from 2008-2010 as a platoon leader. He has completed the Engineer Officer Basic Course, Engineer Captain Career Course and The Sapper Leader Course. He is adept at understanding client needs and developing creative solutions. Jason graduated College from The University of West Virginia in 2006, where he studied Anthropology and Sociology with a minor in Military Science. Outside of work, Jason enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, playing golf and running 10Ks.
NICK WHITE
COMPTROLLER
Nick R White is the Comptroller of Step One Renovations LLC. Nick White is a graduate of Woodward Academy, and received a degree in Business Administration from Jacksonville State University. Nick White has an extensive history of working in real estate and property management. For the last decade Nick White has worked for Atlanta Acquisition Group Inc, (AAG) ...(a real estate management and development company that has been in business in the Atlanta market since 1984) he became the Comptroller in 2017 and the President of AAG in 2019.
Nick White has acted as an advisor and comptroller to several of the businesses managed by AAG. Outside of work, he is an avid NFL fan, and loyal Falcons fan.
LARRY WHITE
CHAIRMAN
Larry White has been involved in real estate management and development since early 1980. He has created and managed several very successful businesses and been an officer (Vice President) of several publicly traded companies.
George Nickolson
GENERAL CONTRACTOR
2005 to current – FCC Extra Class Radio License USA -- plus the same license in Canada, Argentina, Chile, several Antarctica entities, Colombia, and several Caribbean entities.
2000 to Current – Obtained State of Georgia Unlimited General Contractor License in the first batch of State licensed General contractors after the law was passed in Georgia.
1996 to current --- Commercial new and renovations in the Atlanta metro area. Some work as far as Savannah and Charleston. Specialty is tenant finish (high end like Facebook and Interface Flooring) adaptive-reuse, structural rehab, and restaurants. Average company size 45 employees plus subs. Annual gross revenue of approximately 5mil.
1975 to current – Secured State of Georgia Unlimited Electrical license and Unlimited Low Voltage / Telecommunications license.
1975 to 1996 --- Commercial general renovations for corporate Hilton, Ramada, Gulf Oil, and Amoco Oil through SE to include Dallas TX to Newark, NJ. Also adaptive re-use projects in Atlanta for several large developers at the time.
1969 to 1975 --- Started Nicholson Contracting --- fabricating millwork for medical offices and building houses in Peachtree City Ga and Some minor commercial renovations.
